  1. Non-Identifying Information 


We may obtain Non-Identifying Information from Haelli users, which includes zip codes, demographic data, information about their usage of the Service, and general project-related data. We reserve the right to merge data collected from registered or unregistered users of the Service. Additionally, we may convert Personal Information such as email addresses into Hashed Information, which is a form of Non-Identifying Information that cannot directly identify you. This is achieved using a mathematical process (referred to as a hash function) to create a code that is capable of linking your activities and interests. We may also combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information, but for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Haelli will handle the combined information as Personal Information.

We collect technical information when you use our Services. We utilize these technologies to examine how users interact with the Service, enhance the functionality of our Site, save your login details for future sessions, and deliver advertisements that may be relevant to you. Haelli and its affiliates use cookies or comparable technologies to examine trends, manage the website, monitor users' navigation within the website, desktop app, and mobile app, and collect demographic data on our user base as a whole. The technology we use to automatically collect information from Haelli Users includes cookies, web beacons, and embedded scripts. Furthermore, we and our marketing partners, affiliates, analytics, and service providers may employ various other technologies, such as tags, to gather comparable information for security and fraud detection purposes. Haelli works with (or may in the future work with) network advertisers, ad agencies, analytics service providers and other vendors to provide us with information regarding traffic on the Service, including pages viewed and the actions taken when visiting the Service; to serve our advertisements on other websites, within mobile apps and elsewhere online; and to provide us with information regarding the use of the Service and the effectiveness of our advertisements. Haelli does not respond to Do-Not-Track signals.

Please note that your browser setting may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to websites and online services you visit. There is no consensus among industry participants as to what “Do Not Track” means in this context. Like many websites and online services, Haelli does not alter its practices when it receives a “Do Not Track” signal from a visitor’s browser.

The Service is general audience and intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone younger than age 18. If we become aware that a child younger than 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our files. We may retain users Personal Information as long as a user continues to use the Platform or avail Services, have an account with us, or for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in the policy. Please note that we may hold anonymized data, that at one point originated from you, but as the data is truly anonymized it no longer constitutes personal data, and we can keep it for as long as it is relevant to our business purposes

  1. CROSS BORDER DATA TRANSFER


Haelli is a Legal Entity registered in India and Haelli might process and store your information in another country. Haelli may transfer your personal information to a third party that is located in a jurisdiction other than the one from which we collected your personal information, including to countries that have not been deemed to have an adequate level of protection for the rights and freedoms of data subjects. If we do transfer your personal information to another jurisdiction, we will do so following due diligence and provided that the data recipient is subject to contractual agreements imposing obligations on it to ensure appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are implemented and maintained at all times to prevent the unauthorized and unlawful processing of personal information, and the accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal information, consistent with our obligations under applicable data protection laws.
