Clothing

Fabric that is attached to the hem of a saree, covering the initial drape and pleats area only. Fall is not visible from the outside, unless the saree fabric is transparent. It adds volume to the base of the saree and adds definition to the drape.

Fall, if opted while placing the order, is sent attached to the saree, not separately.

Any saree from our collection can be customized into predrape at INR 999 additional. It is an additional option. If not opted, you will receive a normal saree

Our pre draped sarees come with front stitched pleats only, along with hooks added to the waist area which can accommodate waist sizes from 28 inches to 38 inches.

You can leave a note mentioning your waist size for a pre draped saree while placing the order.

Height of a pre draped saree is untouched, if you wish to customize the height of the saree, you can raise a request for the same at connect@thehaelli.com along with your order number. Please note, customized height sarees are not eligible for an exchange or return. Also dispatch time of 3-5 working days will be added for any customized request.

In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately. We would cancel one of your orders and your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order.

This might happen due to some technical glitch, please don’t worry your money is safe, kindly write to us at connect@thehaelli.com, you will either receive a confirmation within 2-4 working hours or refund for the transaction.

We do provide express delivery within 2 working days of order placement at additional Rs 700 within India, please drop an email at connect@thehaelli.com to check if the product is available for immediate dispatch along with your pincode.

No, open delivery of the package is not possible. You will be handed over the package only once the payment has been made.
