These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by
the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services. Kindly note there
might be a delay during National holidays, festivals and climatic emergencies.

- Exchange can be processed for a different size, style or store credit. As a company policy we do not provide refund/cancellation on any product sold
- You can initiate an exchange request from your account within 5 days of the delivery. No request will be entertained henceforth.In case you placed the order as a guest, please drop an email at [email protected] with your order number, we will revert with all the details as soon as possible.
- We will not be able to process any request after the first exchange.
- Our Logistic partner will pick-up the Product/s within 3 days of receiving the request and shall make two attempts to pick up the Product/s. If the item is not picked up in the second attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. In that scenario, you have to ship them back on your own
- Please ensure that the products are in unused condition with their original packaging and tags. You are welcome to try product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
- We will initiate your exchange or store credit once your order is picked up & checked for quality subject to applicable exceptions.This process takes around 5 to 10 working days. You will receive an email as soon as a replacement is shipped or store credit is added to your account.
- During a promotion/scheme/offer/discount/sale the product will be exchanged only if the stock is available. You have to ship the product back to our warehouse in that case. Please confirm by dropping an email to us at [email protected] before initiating an exchange request from your account.
- Exchange is not provided on international and custom-made orders.
