We are glad you made a choice to shop with us and we want your experience to be hassle free, for that please go through the following policy, conditions and process carefully.

  • Exchange can be processed for a different size, style or store credit. As a company policy we do not provide refund/cancellation on any product sold
  • You can initiate an exchange request from your account within 5 days of the delivery. No request will be entertained henceforth.In case you placed the order as a guest, please drop an email at [email protected] with your order number, we will revert with all the details as soon as possible.
  • We will not be able to process any request after the first exchange.
  • Our Logistic partner will pick-up the Product/s within 3 days of receiving the request and shall make two attempts to pick up the Product/s. If the item is not picked up in the second attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. In that scenario, you have to ship them back on your own
  • Please ensure that the products are in unused condition with their original packaging and tags. You are welcome to try product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
  • We will initiate your exchange or store credit once your order is picked up & checked for quality subject to applicable exceptions.This process takes around 5 to 10 working days. You will receive an email as soon as a replacement is shipped or store credit is added to your account.
  • During a promotion/scheme/offer/discount/sale the product will be exchanged only if the stock is available. You have to ship the product back to our warehouse in that case. Please confirm by dropping an email to us at [email protected] before initiating an exchange request from your account.
  • Exchange is not provided on international and custom-made orders.

Please Note:

The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:

  • The specific product/model is out of stock.
  • Order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
  • Shipping address is not serviceable.
  • Any other reason beyond the control of merchants.
  • Please note, since our products are not mass manufactured, the product measurements may vary from 1-3 inches as specified in the description depending upon the lot, fabric, size or design.
  • The Haelli reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any exchanges
